Terms

• Use Crosstabs for lawful browser or MCP analysis, statistical calculations, project work, and exports. Hosted file workflows require your explicit consent to server-side processing.
• You are responsible for confirming that your device, browser, and organization policy permit the data you analyze.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade published limits, or use the app in a way that violates third-party rights.

• Upload only data you are authorized to share and process on Crosstabs infrastructure. Your chosen AI client or provider has separate terms and data-handling policies.
• Anyone holding a workspace token can access that workspace. Keep it private; there is no account-based recovery. Access expires 24 hours after workspace creation, so export needed files beforehand.
• Workspace deletion and expiry clean up active data; provider backup retention is separate. Temporary hosting is not durable cloud storage or a backup service.
• Free hosted access is subject to file, storage, job, rate, and shared service limits. No unlimited capacity or uninterrupted availability is promised.

• Tables, statistics, findings, and reports are analytical aids; they are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
• Exports include settings and warnings where available, but you remain responsible for checking source data, weighting, filters, methods, and disclosure risk.
• The application is provided without a paid support, uptime, certification, or contractual compliance commitment.
